Searching  

Fast and accurate searching using Preori's Speed-Build technology gives recruiters a valuable tool. Using simple templates, skills and attributes can be combined with database fields and free-hand phrases. Recruiters can even determine the logic to be used when searching.

Having searched, results are then saved to become working-lists available to any user, or saved against any record. Initial searches can be attached to an assignment to be refined later. The same working list can be sorted, printed, sent to other recruiters and have processes run against them. The simplest example is to send a letter or e-mail to every person in the list.

Diary, Tasks & Reminders  

Manage the daily tasks and appointments of individuals and teams using the integrated Diary & Task List. Links automatically to the database giving you single click access to related information.

View appointments weekly, monthly or annually for you and your team. No need to keep switching from your diary to a colleagues to check available times – view and book them all together.

Any tasks not actioned or delegated will carry over to the following day.

Processes & Event History  

One of the many benefits of Preori's sophisticated recruitment system is the ability to mirror business processes, thus freeing up valuable time to be more productive. Simple tasks such as producing standard letters can be achieved with the click of a button. More sophisticated processes can update records, produce reports, create follow-ups and interact with the outside world to assist in every aspect of running your business.

We can even schedule tasks to be performed automatically. For example, weekly sales reports can be collated and emailed overnight. Or reminders placed on task lists when other events have happened, or indeed not happened.

Business processes can also be run against collections of search records.

Attached to every record in the database are its associated documents. These can be in any format so long as it can be saved on a computer. They can be text documents, pictures, video of interviews or images of contracts.

This powerful technology give users real-time access to applicant availability and appointments without the need to synchronise lots of copies of your database.

All the technology a small office would need is a broadband Internet connection and PCs.

In addition to this important technology, your Preori database can be integrated with corporate web-sites; for example to broadcast current vacancies and download of CVs.

Reporting

Security  

The Preori database is secured on a number of levels. The first is traditional password protection on logon. Then data fields and processes can be secured by individual user profiles and access levels. Finally, fully encrypted data records and a PKI infrastructure allow as much or as little access to every aspect of your system.
